Channels are defined when the two gates on either end are activated by a planet. These are the places that are colored in on the chart.Ĭenters become defined when there is a defined channel connecting them. These are the places where we put something out in to the world, some sort of fixed, living energy. The unconscious parts of your chart are like this. In the tunnels, you can’t see much until something comes out of the tunnel. You can see that they’re there and you can see when there’s a car driving on them.
If you were sitting on a hillside, looking down at a highway, the places where you see road would correspond to the black parts in your chart. Ra often described the difference between black and red as the difference between roads and tunnels. The mind doesn’t really impact the way we move through the world because it is a passenger within the body. The red activations indicate how your body moves through the world. The information you see in black, shows you information about how your mind works. This set of information is listed in red and is to the left of your chart. This is the moment when your subconscious awareness enters your body. It’s sort of like, we look back in time to see what was happening astrologically about 3 months before you were born. To get the other moment, we calculate back from your birth time 88 degrees around the Rave Mandala. It is the part of you that you are consciously aware of. That information is listed in black to the right of your chart. One set of information is taken at the moment of your birth.
